Stafford MP welcomes school sport funding

An extra £2,719,100 will go to primary schools across Staffordshire to transform school sport, improve coaching for the youngest pupils and inspire the Olympic and Paralympic stars of the future.

Stafford Borough stays Conservative

On Thursday 5th May 2011 the people of Stafford Borough voted in their thousands and the Conservatives comfortable retained control of the council with 38 of 59 seats voting Conservative.
